An eighth share of the running costs

This yacht is delivered including:

- Williams Jet-tender
- Selection of water-toys (water skis, wakeboards, snorkeling gear, banana boat)
- Complete safety and life saving appliances
- Spare propellers and shaft (to minimise possible down time)
- Fresh watermaker
- Bow and stern thrusters
- Gyro stabiliser
- Establishment of ownership structure, flag registration etc.
- Complete fitting-out

The yearly contribution to the operating costs is budgeted to be €60,370 including IVA, which covers:

- Maintenance of ownership structure
- Statutory charges (tonnage tax, renewal of registration certificates, cruising permit, safety certificates etc.)
- Yearly haul-out, antifouling etc.
- Yacht insurances (yacht, Protection & Indemnity (P&I), crew welfare & legal costs)
- Mooring fees at home port (Port Adriano, Mallorca)
- Salary and related expenses for qualified captain and hostess (uniform, training, travel etc.)
- Turn-around service
- Communication
- Scheduled/daily service and maintenance of yacht and equipment
- Frequent minor repairs and/or replacement due to normal tear/wear/handling.
- Yacht management fee @15% + IVA
