Kriter V is a monohull sailboat designed for offshore racing. It is known for having Michel Malinovsky finish second in the 1978 Route du Rhum, behind Mike Birch on his trimaran Olympus Photo by 98 seconds. The following year, in the hands of Malinovsky, along with Pierre Lenormand, the monohull participated in the 1979 double-handed Transat where it placed fourth. The vessel has been fully restored over a period of three years from the keel to the mast. With numerous partners, it has now gained in comfort, thanks to many modern facilities.
