 We always recommend our customers to start equipping a yacht at least 3 months before its completed by the shipyard or it is delivered by the seller. This time is enough to collect all the necessary equipment, the exact models of goods that you want, and do not forget about water activity accessories to help you enjoy your boating as much as possible! |
 First of all we have a brief with our Customer. It helps us familiarize with any details regarding his boating style.In addition to the basic technical characteristics of the boat(type, model, dimensions, weight), it would also be good to know: ● what country this boat will be registered at ● how many people are expected to be on board ● does the owner have boating experience ● will there be children on board ● will there be pets on board ● will there be a crew (how many) ● boating style ● boating location ● permanent marina location of the boat ● favourite type of activities and recreation of the owner’s family and friends ● does the owner’s family prefer to eat on board or not a few other questions, which help us prepare the most customized offer for the owner. Typically this takes about a week. |
 Next step is for us to prepare and finalize an offer. Our advisors contact various suppliers, select best products for specific boats, specify the availability and delivery time. After that, we are in the position to provide a Customer with full list of turn-key equipment for his Boat in these main categories:● safety ● mooring ● boat care ● cooking and kitchen ● relaxation ● activities |
 Customer checks the offer / if there are any changes that need to be made – they are made here. Then we finalize the offer, payment conditions, delivery date and the address of the marine where this boat will be moored or a shipyard. |
 During the next step our Customer can relax for a few weeks because our supply and logistics departments will start working hard at completing and delivering his order. They will contact all suppliers, negotiate, consolidate all goods in our European warehouses and prepare them for shipment. |
 Order ships in the required week directly to the Shipyard or marina of our Customer (in one shipment). In case of a huge item like tender -an anchor for example, could be shipped separately. And of course this is not the end of our relationship! We carefully ensure a that all received goods are delivered in good condition. After all, it is not always possible to check the goods (for example, a tender, engine, or walkie-talkies) immediately after receipt.
