Two electric motors, preferably 24 volt and at least 3 kilowatts are needed to propel the Windy 8000
at “hull speed” of 12 kilometers an hour.
we are going to need to have
1 A controller (PWM is prefered for battery efficiency)
2 A support frame for the motor
3 A connection to the splined shaft of the out-drive
4 An oil proof shroud to connect the outdrive to the motor.
